Erin has so much to share and she makes learning and/or whatever it is that you are experiencing less scary. Love ya gf, I am so excited to keep working and growing with you.

I’m definitely happy that I can crunch more than my boyfriend now! I’m also really grateful that throughout this whole experience, Erin has become like a sister.

It’s hard to meet new friends and even harder to meet someone who brings positive light to your life. Erin’s energy, the support she gives and the work she does is that light!

It takes a long time for me to normally open up to someone, but I bonded with Erin so quickly. There’s just something about her that allows my normal reserved self to talk about everything from work headaches to my next vacation. Erin listens, shares some of her wisdom but always lets me discover what the universe has for me on my own. She is so empowering. She’s my happy drug.

Erin makes working out so rewarding and fun, I skip like a child to my weekly sessions with her. I saw the difference in my body physically and emotionally right away and in a matter of months, I went from not even half a pike to sets and sets of pikes. I also got rid of my lower back pain because Erin motivated me to get those impossible to get lower abdominals. I’ve never felt stronger and happier.

As cheesy as it sounds, the first time I met Erin, I knew my life was going to change. She has this amazing and positive aura that you can feel through her smile, her eyes and her words. Her whole body just screams POSITIVE and I love it.

Erin has been one of my favourite teachers for years. She’s one of the first teachers who pushed me (gently) to progress, to the point where I am now a yoga teacher myself.

I've known Erin for a few years now and she has become one of my main people to lean on and ask guidance from whenever I feel lost or confused. She listens without judgement, she asks questions, and she is always ready to dive in deep with you. She makes you feel safe and has a way of healing and/or making you leave a conversation feeling empowered and beautiful.
